SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare (SCQF Level 7)

This qualification involves a range of activities enabling learners to become successful within the Care sector. It gives learners the opportunity to demonstrate competence of working in the healthcare sector as a Senior Carer or Supervisory Role and have their existing skills recognised and achieve a nationally recognised SVQ Level 3 (SCQF Level 7) qualification. The SVQ Level 3 Social Services and Healthcare consists of 4 mandatory Units and 4 optional Units.

Assessment is through performance in the workplace and will be based on performance evidence, i.e.observation (in person, screen sharing) and work products generated by the learner. The specific evidence produced will depend on the choice of optional units.

Upon successful completion, learners will gain an international recognised qualification which guarantees that they have the skills, knowledge and abilities required to carry out their role successfully.
